This payment policy applies to all orders placed on anstoshop.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All payment transactions are processed by authorized third-party service providers. We do not collect, store, or process complete payment card details, CVV codes, or sensitive banking information on our own servers.

1. PayPal

Customers choosing PayPal as their payment method will be redirected to PayPal's secure checkout page to complete the transaction. Payment information is handled exclusively by PayPal and is not accessible to us.

PayPal supports payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit cards, and PayPal balance, subject to the payment options available in your region.

Buyer protection: Eligibility for PayPal Buyer Protection is determined solely by PayPal's official policies. We recommend reviewing PayPal's terms and conditions for detailed information regarding coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures.

2. Stripe & Credit Card Payments

We use Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to handle credit and debit card transactions. Stripe supports Visa, Mastercard, and American Express where available.

Card information is transmitted directly to Stripe's payment infrastructure via encrypted connections. We do not store complete card numbers, CVV codes, or any other sensitive financial data on our systems.

Payment processing is subject to Stripe's terms of service and applicable network rules. For any issues related to card processing, Stripe may require additional verification before completing a transaction.

3. Apple Pay & Google Pay

Apple Pay and Google Pay offer checkout using authentication methods integrated into supported devices. These services are provided by Apple Inc. and Google LLC, respectively.

Availability depends on your device model, operating system version, region, and the payment card issuer's support for these services. Please refer to Apple or Google's official documentation for compatibility and security details.

4. Supported Currencies

  • USD – United States Dollar
  • EUR – Euro
  • GBP – British Pound Sterling
  • AUD – Australian Dollar
  • CAD – Canadian Dollar

Orders are charged in the currency you select at checkout. Currency conversion rates are determined by your payment provider, bank, or card issuer. We do not control exchange rates, conversion fees, or foreign transaction charges that may apply to your purchase.

5. Refund Settlement Rules

Refunds for product defects or seller errors:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Products damaged during transit

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at checkout. The refund amount reflects the product price and applicable taxes, subject to the policies of your payment provider.

Customer-initiated returns (non-defective):

  • Order cancellations after processing
  • Refused deliveries
  • Returns under the 14-day cooling-off period

In such cases, the following may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable regulations:

  • Payment processing fees incurred by the original transaction
  • Currency exchange losses resulting from conversion rate fluctuations
  • Return shipping costs (borne by the customer)

Refund timing depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. We process refunds promptly after receiving and inspecting the returned item, but the actual posting to your account is outside our control.

6. Payment Security & Data Compliance

All payment pages are served by our authorized third-party processors (PayPal, Stripe, Apple, and Google) using encrypted connections. We do not handle or transmit sensitive payment data directly.

We comply with applicable data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), regarding the handling of personal information associated with orders and transactions.

Transaction records may be retained as required by tax, accounting, or legal obligations, typically for up to seven years from the date of each transaction.

7. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

We reserve the right to review, verify, or cancel orders that appear to involve unauthorized payment methods, suspicious activity, or inaccurate customer information. In such cases, we may contact the customer for additional verification before processing the order.

If a chargeback is initiated by the customer or their card issuer, we may submit relevant transaction records, delivery confirmations, and communication history to the payment provider for review. The outcome of any chargeback dispute is determined by the payment provider's policies and procedures.

We recommend contacting our customer support team at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback, as we may be able to resolve the issue more quickly.

8. Policy Revisions

We may update this Payment Policy from time to time to reflect changes in payment provider requirements, legal obligations, or operational practices.

Updated versions will be published on this page together with the revised effective date. The latest version always applies to all transactions.
