1. Contract Formation, Payment & Order Cancellation

Contract formation: A legally binding contract between you and Guangzhou Ailin Trading Co., Ltd. is formed only when we dispatch the products from our warehouse and send you a shipping confirmation email. At this point, your order has been accepted and the contract is concluded.

Payment timing: Your payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) may be authorized or pre-authorized at the time of checkout. Actual payment will be captured at the time of dispatch unless otherwise required by your payment provider.

Order cancellation:

• After dispatch: You may return the order in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy, including the 14-day cooling-off period where applicable.

Our right to cancel: We reserve the right to cancel an order only in the following reasonable circumstances:

• We are unable to verify payment information or detect potential fraud.
• The shipping address provided is incomplete, invalid, or undeliverable.
